Getting your software subscription up and running is quick and straightforward. You can activate in two ways, depending on how you purchased:
Through a Distributor (QR code in the box)
Through an Online Purchase (activation email link)
Can’t find your QR code or didn’t receive the email?
Fill out the onboarding form: Onboarding Form
1) Activate Through a Distributor (QR Code)
Locate the QR code card inside your charger box.
Scan the QR code with your phone.
You’ll be taken to the onboarding form—complete the required details and submit.
2) Activate Through an Online Purchase (Email Link)
After purchase, look for an email invitation from Electric Avenue.
Click the onboarding form link in the email.
Complete the form with your site and charger details, then submit.
Information You’ll Need
Have these handy to speed things up:
Company Information — Key contacts and company details
Location Information — Address, brief description, number of chargers
EV Charger Information — Serial Number (S/N), EVSE ID, model, configuration
Charging Revenue Settings — Payment collection, connection fees, penalty fees
Billing Information — Account details, credit card (for subscription billing)
What Happens Next
You’ll receive a confirmation email after submitting the form.
Our team begins setting up your account.
Within 48 hours, you’ll get an activation email with final steps.
Complete those steps—your subscription becomes fully active and you’re ready to charge.
