Electric Avenue offers different levels of reporting and analytics tools depending on your software plan. Each plan builds on the previous one, providing deeper visibility into your chargers, users, and site activity.
Enterprise Basic Reporting
Enterprise Basic gives you clear visibility into charger performance and energy usage. It includes:
Per-charger energy usage (how much electricity each charger is using)
- Total site energy consumption (combined usage across all chargers)
- Usage timing (when chargers were active)
- Charging session details such as session duration and start/stop times
- Reports can be exported using the built-in Analytics Tool, allowing you to review, filter, or share energy data easily.
Basic is perfect for when you want clear, reliable reporting on charger performance and energy use, without the need for advanced analytics or per-user tracking.
Enterprise Core & Plus Reporting
Enterprise Core and Plus plans include everything in Basic, with added insights and detailed operational visibility:
- Charger-level insights: Performance trends and health monitoring for each EVSE
- Detailed logs: View charging history, status changes, and operational events
- User session data: Identify which driver or account used a charger for each session
- Expanded exports: Access all Basic data plus detailed logs and user-based activity reports
Enterprise Core & Plus are ideal for fleet managers, property operators, and multi-user sites that need accountability, traceability, and detailed system reporting.
